The Office of the Clerk and Recorder is responsible for conducting primary, general, and special elections held in the county; voter registration; recording and processing public documents; issuing and recording marriage licenses; and titling and registering of motor vehicles.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How can I register to vote?
You can register to vote in person by visiting the County Citizens Service Center on Marina Drive or at Centennial Hall in Paleto Bay. The State of San Andreas allows new voter registrations up until one week before the election.
What are the requirements for a marriage license?
Both parties must be present, provide valid photo identification, and meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. The cost for a marriage license is $10 and can be paid in cash, check, or online.
How do I obtain a copy of a recorded document?
Copies of recorded documents can be requested in person. Please provide the document number or the names of the parties involved for faster processing.
