The Blaine County Recording Department is responsible for maintaining and safeguarding a wide range of official public records. Our office is committed to providing the community with access to accurate, up-to-date records while ensuring that all documents are recorded in accordance with San Andreas State law.
SERVICES WE PROVIDE
The Recording Department handles the official recording and indexing of various legal documents, including but not limited to:
Deeds, mortgages, and liens
Property transfers and easements
Subdivision plats and surveys
Marriage licenses and certificates
Military discharge (DD-214) filings
Power of attorney documents
Other public records as required by law

To ensure your document can be recorded, it must meet certain formatting and content standards as set by San Andreas State law. All documents must include:
Original signatures
A proper legal description (for property-related filings)
A return mailing address
