Our Blaine County Workforce Development Center (BCWDC) provides free resources to help job seekers in the following areas:
Job Search Assistance: Get help with your job search, résumé writing, and interview preparation.

Employee Training and Development

Training Grants: Financial assistance may be available for businesses to help cover the cost of employee training.
On-the-Job Training (OJT): Get reimbursed for up to 50% of the wages of new employees undergoing training.
