WHAT WE DO
The Department of Public Relations is responsible for:
Media Relations: We serve as the county’s primary liaison to local, regional, and national media outlets, ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered to the public.
Public Information Campaigns: From public health awareness to emergency response updates, we design and distribute communications to keep Blaine County safe and informed.
Digital Communication: Managing official county websites, social media channels, and newsletters to keep information accessible 24/7.
Community Outreach & Events: We organize and support public events, town halls, and forums to promote civic engagement and foster trust between the public and county agencies.
Internal Communication Support: We work across departments to ensure unified messaging and assist with internal communication strategies.
