Courtney Stephanie Harris was appointed as County Administrator by the Board of County Commissioners in January of 2021. 

With over fifteen years in public administration, she has earned a reputation as a forward-thinking leader known for her collaborative approach and strategic vision. Harris holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Arizona State University.
